Found peace on August 12, 2023. Age 77 years. Loving dad of Sandra Rivera, Julio "Quique" Rivera, Anabel (Adrian) Zires, and Gloribel (Kyle) Kees. Proud Abu of Mason, Amari, Mikel, Ailani, Xavier, Ariana, Kason, Natalia, and the late Kamila. Dear brother of Fernando Rivera Casasus. He is also survived by his former wife, Lourdes Rivera. Dear uncle of Fernando, Armando, Jennifer, Rosana, Joana, Moises "Junito", and Diana. Further survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Julio and Gloria (nee Casasus) Rivera and his step-dad, Armando Font de la Jara. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Grayslake, IL.
