He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Karl and Margaret Marrs (Westphal). He is survived by: his wife Sherrill; his sons, John Marrs (Mary), Rob Marrs and Jay Marrs (Monica); his grandchildren, Madelyn (Cody), John (Riley), Aiden and Graham; his great grandchild Nora; and his sister-in-law Jayne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church (W196N9525 Cross View Way, Menomonee Falls, WI 53051). A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church Madagascar Mission Project appreciated.
