James J. Turek Obituary

Of Menomonee Falls, August 9, 2023 at the age of 100 years. Beloved husband of the late Katie (Nee Nigbor). Loving father of Gene (Judy), Lloyd (Catherine), Glen and Gary (Pam) Turek. Proud Grandpa of Geno (Amy), Michelle (Ross), Amanda (Wei) and Samantha (Eric). Dear Great Grandpa of Katie, Allie, Josh, Caden, Rocky, Emma and Finlay. Preceded in death by his brother Bob and his parents, Frank and Helen (Roy), Further survived by nieces nephews other relatives and friends.

A Funeral Service will be celebrated Saturday August 19 at 11am AT THE FUNERAL HOME Visitation Saturday 9am until time of the Service. Burial Sunnyside Cemetery.

Jim was in the U.S. Navy during WW11 serving as a Machinist Mate First Class for PT Boats. He was a member of the PT Boaters. Jim retired in 1988 as the Supervisor of Maintenance for the Menomonee Falls School System. Jim also was owner and operator of Jim's Electric Motor Service and retired at age 90 years. Jim was a proud lifetime member of Menomonee Falls Kiwanis Club.
