Franklyn C. Schery Obituary
Passed away on Sun., Nov. 27, 2022 at the age of 90. Beloved husband of the late Donna Mae (nee Wolf). Loving father of Susan (Mark Shirey) Beaumont, Sandi (Brian) Kaczkowski and Carol (Bruce) Zimmel. Proud and loving Opa of Adam (Kathleen) Beaumont, Thomas Beaumont, Matthew (Leslie) Beaumont, Kevin (Sara) Kaczkowski, Jason (Samantha) Kaczkowski, Jodi (Jon) Salte, Traci Gibb and Lori (Brandon) Zolp. Great Opa of Aden, Cash, Eli, Avery, Leah, Lincoln, Rowan, Emma, Lily, Zayd and Arietta. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
Franklyn began his career with the City of Milwaukee as a surveyor. Upon graduation from Marquette University, he remained with the city as a Civil Engineer until his retirement in 1990. Throughout his life, he enjoyed traveling with his wife, camping with his family, fishing, and canoeing at his cottage, spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and tending to his garden.
Visitation will be on Saturday, December 3 from 10AM until time of Funeral Service at 11AM at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home – Menomonee Falls. Private burial will take place at Arlington Park Cemetery in Milwaukee, WI.
