Passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at the age of 71. Beloved mother of Jacob and the late Jacquelyn. Cherished grandmother of Lucas and Ellis. Dear sister of David Strong, Douglas (the late Tina) Strong and the late Daniel (the late Joane) Strong. Ex-wife of Leonard Windom. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
