He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blazei and Lucille Blazei (Zerwinski); his grandson Ryder Huss; and his brother Tim Blazei. He is survived by: his fiancée Jill Schell; his daughters, Cara Solis (Damian) and Cassie Sielski (Tim); his grandchildren, Zoey and Lennox Solis; his fiancée's son Chad Wachel; his son Bentley Roy; his daughter-in-law Emily Holz (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Greyleigh and Porter; his sister Sue Hawley (Steve); and also Janyce Breuninger. He is also survived by numerous other family members and many friends.
