She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Bohlman and Elizabeth Bohlman (Wenninger); her husband John U. Ashenbrenner; her brother Daniel Bohlman; and her siblings-in-law, Dan Palecek, Nancy Frey, Herman Frey and James Race.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Ashenbrenner (Mark Schultz) and Debra Heinen (Ben); her grandchildren, JT Schultz, Kinsley and Aubrey Heinen; her sisters, Diane Palecek (Tom Rieder) and Mary Beth Race; her sister-in-law Margaret Krysiak; and her pets, Wrigley and Snickers.
In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established in Sharon's name.
