He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian Spang and June Spang (Moran); and his siblings, Peter, Steven and Kendall.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Babbitts; his brother Steve; his children, Gwen Prock (Reggie) of Menasha, Kurt Spang (Samantha Stewart) and Alexis Spang; his grandchildren, Jack, Andrew Prock and Aurora Spang; his siblings, David Spang (Carol), Patricia Whitney (John), Cheryl Spang (Theresa), Connie Hobbs, Kevin Spang, Daniel Spang (Kim), Mary Smith (Mark) and Barry Spang (Craig Spang); his mother-in-law Florence Babbitts; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Kralovec (Kurt), Bob Babbitts (Julie) and Mark Babbitts (Jamie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
