He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Werth and Helen Werth. He is survived by: his wife Linda Werth; his sons, Christopher Kyles-Werth (Cindy), Andrew Werth (Amy) and Kevin Werth (Hayley); and his grandchildren, William, Emily and Leo.
