He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Nichols and Lola Nichols (Huebner); his pet Nancy Jochman; and his sisters, Joan Williamsen and Lynn Duvall.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Nichols (Rebecca) and Lori Bauman (Eric); his grandchildren, Ava, Carl, Isabella and Alexa; his siblings, Tim Nichols (Janie Stevenson), Mark Nichols (Mardell), Kirk Nichols (Sandy), Chris Nichols (Terry), Mary Nichols and Sue Butler (Don); his brothers-in-law, Dave Williamsen and John Duvall; and his significant other Nancy.
