He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Bottine and Vivian Bottine (Palmer); his wife Donna Miller; and his children, William Bottine and Bonnie Evans.
He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Bottine, Dave Bottine, Steve Bottine (Susan Wolf) and Timothy Bottine (Darlene Dill). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
