She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Merriam and Lois Merriam (Suttles); her siblings, Deborah Twiford (Merriam) and Ronnie Merriam (Ame); and her grandson Jackson Wallace.
She is survived by: her sister Gail Mason (Merriam); her children, Heather Clohessy (Johnson), Katie Merriam and Gary Wallace; her grandchildren, Patrick Clohessy, Katie Merriam-Reyes, Destiny Clohessy, Hope Merriam and Billy Wallace; and her nieces and nephews, Andy Merriam (Amy), Stevie Merriam (Cati), Richard Swanger, Josie Twiford, Becky Rose Mason and Erica Merriam.
