He is survived by: his father Ronald Schulze (Kay); his brother Mike Crist (Mike); his wife Heather Andersen; his sons, Nathan (Holly Kugler) and Lucas (Madison Maloney); and his siblings, Carol Colrud, Lynn Sasman (Scott) and Steve. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
