She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Thiele and Anna Thiele; her husband William Resch; and her children, Ann Brecklin (Richard), Daniel Resch (Maurine), Joseph Resch (Mary), Gerard "Jerry" Resch (Julie), Nancy Drexler (Joseph), Elizabeth "Betty" Weiland (Daniel) and Philip Resch (Noel). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
