She is survived by: her cousins, Joseph McAllister (Marie) of Campbellsport, Haven Ready (Paula) of Surprise, Ms Gail Prudhomme (late Dennis) of Niagara and Jerry Occhietti of Norway, Mi.; and her caregivers, Cindy Hoffman and Marilyn Kostrzak.
