She was predeceased by: her parents, Captain Bernard and Janis Elliott (Fredette); her husband Carl Tibbens; her siblings, Mary Retzlaff, Bernie Elliott and Kevin Elliott; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Retzlaff, Sr., Ron Jalette and Rick Pulido.
She is survived by: her children, Sabrina Kristine, Katrina Dachelet (Pete) and Clayton Kloehn (Checkie); her grandchildren, Connar Kloehn, Madalyne and Olivia Dachelet; her pets, Lola and Lily; her mother-in-law Beverly Tibbens; and her siblings, Michael Elliott (Marilyn) of Sequim, WA, Susan Jalette (Charles) of Appleton, Charles Elliott (Debra) of Appleton, Julie Sajbel (Jerry) of Fort Mill, SC, Kathleen "Kate" Pulido of New London and Matt Elliott of Appleton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews who lovingly refer to her as "Auntie".
