She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Jankowski and Bernice Jankowski (Ostrowski); her husband Peter Daczyk; and her son Don. She is survived by: her children, Alice Pollock, Ann Nack (Steven), Myron Daczyk (Barb) and Tim Daczyk (Beth); her grandchildren, Jackie, Stephen, Scott, Tara, Holly, Geof, Brenda and Ryan; her great grandchildren, Lauren, Brody, Victoria, Alexis, Kestrel, Stirling, Isla, Oskar, Crystal, Cory, Miranda, Ethan, Noah, Gavin, Katilyn, Blayke, Olivia and Rylen; her great great grandchildren, Emma, Sofia, MacKenzie and Hudson; her brother Robert Jankowski (Dorothy); her daughter-in-law Pam Daczyk; and her great great grandchildren, Jo, Heaven, Jim, Shelley and Marlowe.
