With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jordan Tracy of Menasha, Wisconsin, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on November 10, 2021 at the age of 33. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ambrose, Bernice Czeck, Richard and Gloria Tracy. He is survived by: his parents, Craig Tracy and Cheryl Tracy (Czeck); his daughter Cinder Roo; his siblings, Erin O'Gara (Paul) and Ryan Tracy (Megan); his nephews, Gavin and Baker; his uncle Steve Czeck; his cousins, Maddy and Christian Dahl; his fiancé Shelby Van Sambeek; and also, Dan, Kim Van Sambeek, Florence Rooyakkers, Tiffany Dahlke (Coltin), Clint Van Sambeek (Olivia), Saylor and Jasper.

Any monetary donations will be donated to the Jordan Tracy Memorial Fund.
