He was predeceased by: his father Gary Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Kandi Kemp; his children, Alexandra, Samantha (Caleb Stein), Johnnie Jr. and Alanah Lynn; his mother Julie Quarford (Espinoza); and his siblings, Reba Lewis (Don), David Cobern (Meghan), Jeffrey Cobern and Michael Gurin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and numerous friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
