He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Maas and Lucille Maas; his brother Larry Maas; his nephew Jim Maas; and his niece Amy Maas.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Maas; his daughters, Lisa Geise (Jamie) and Jerri Lynn Pivonka (Frank); his grandchild Logan Boyce; and his brothers, Joe Maas (Carole), Jack Maas (Mary) and Jim Maas (Nancy). He is also survived by six step-grandchildren.
