She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Mayer and Della Mayer Hoffman (Jouno); her husband Harold H. Martin; her daughter Julie Martin; her brother Donald Mayer; and her grandson Michael Jolly.
She is survived by: her son Jeff Martin (Sue); her grandchildren, Amy Formanek (Andrew), Carrie Schultz (Andy) and Greg Martin (Crystal Flaherty); her granddaughter-in-law Jenny Kirchner Jolly; her great grandchildren, Emilee, Carson Jolly, Calvin, Nathan and Olivia Formanek; and her sister Jean Duginski.
