He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Joan and Debbie; his nieces and nephews, Sue O'Connell (Don), John Jr. Koslowski (Tracey), Trish Konetzke (Larry), Keith Koslowski, Steven Koslowski, Mary Beth Koslowski, David Koslowski (Jennifer) and Brian Koslowski (Christine); and his great-uncle Jim. He is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews; 14 great-great nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Jim's name.
