He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Balthazor and Hazel Balthazor (Wilcox); his son Brian Balthazor; and his brother Ronald Balthazor. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jensen; his children, Roy Balthazor, Kay Buckholz, Connie Hanneman (Doug), Paul Balthazor and Bruce Balthazor (Traci Sieber); his brother Gary Balthazor (Mary); and his sister-in-law Karen. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
