She is survived by: her children, Duane Orth and Donna Sams (John); her grandchildren, Josh, Caitlin, Marissa and Brittany; her great grandchildren, Winter and Jesse; her sister Theresa Jacobs (Chris); and her brother-in-law Ben Waldo. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
