It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine R. Parker (Menasha, Wisconsin), who passed away on July 24, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Sievert and Arlene Sievert (Bryngelson); her husband Donald Parker; her grandson Eric; and her sister Clair Popp (Jerry).
She is survived by: her sons, Brett Parker (Linda) and Gregg Parker; her granddaughters, Heather, Holly and Sara (Phelan); her great grandchild Mitchel; her siblings, Shirley Hearden (Bud), Don Sievert (Terri), Jane Shafer (Frank) and Shari Collins (Roger); and her daughter-in-law Becky Parker.
