He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Richards and Delores Richards (Young); his wife Mary; and his brother-in-law Tom Baldwin. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Stacey (Scott Milligan), Mark Baldwin (Blandine), Scott Baldwin, Laurie McElrath (Sean) and Brian Baldwin (Sarah); his sisters, Patricia and Mary; and his stepsiblings, Rose, Ruth, Darlene, Carolyn, Tammy, Michael, Nancy and Robert. He is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
