He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Philip G. Houk and Betty L. Houk (Wilson). He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Marsh; and his siblings, Rebecca Gleasner (Charles), D. C., Bonnie Much, Victoria Stvitasky (James), Derrick, Daniel (Julie), Ivan and Stan Houk (Dorrie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
