He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kolanczyk and Evelyn Virginia Kamp (Franklin); his adoptive father Delmar W. Kamp; his birth father Charles F. Kolanczyk; and his brother William E. Kamp.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Kamp of Menasha, WI; his children, Mitchell Jon Kamp of Appleton, WI and Linda Sue Weidert (James) of Menasha, WI.; and his grandsons, Henry J. Weidert of Menasha, WI, Samuel J. Weidert of Brooklyn, NY and Owen M. Weidert of Menasha, WI..
