He is survived by: his wife Judy Johnson; his brothers, Ira Jr. (Kathy), Joe (Mary), Dominick (Nancy) and David Collar (Kim); his siblings-in-law, Larry Johnson (Sharon), Ray Dietz, Cindy Hopfensperger (George), Bernadette McFadden, Ken Johnson (Kelly), Bill Johnson and Nancy Van Zeeland (Bruce); and his friends, Mike (Kathy), Reuben, Kim (Linda) and Peter. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
