She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Leppla and Alice Leppla (Moder). She is survived by: her husband John; her daughter Laurie Fulcer (Grant); her stepchildren, Eva Langner and John Jr. Langner (Cindy); her grandchildren, Mandy Jo Bohlen (Josh), Samuel Fulcer (Ashley), Melissa Wall, Abigal Metson, Shane Wall, Celia Langner, Brett and Logan Langner; her great grandchildren, Sierra Lor, Alyvia Lor, Austin Cleveland, Jaxson Bohlen, Marley Fulcer, Hudson Fulcer, Ethan Wall, Charlie, Oliver Wall, Ila Wall, Auron Metson and Cyrus Metson; and her siblings, Donna Warmbier and James Leppla (Jackie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Carolyn's family will make a donation to the staff of both Moments Hospice, and Oak Park Place, Menasha.
