She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer M Halaychik and Marie Halaychik. She is survived by: her brother Tom Halaychik; her nieces, Lisha McConnell, Beth Kirchner (Brent) and Joya Kunick (Eric); her great-nieces, Nora, Reese McConnell and Zoey Kunick; and her friend Anna. She is also survived by many cousins, friends, neighbors, former coworkers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be donated, by the family, to Anna's favorite charities.
