She was predeceased by: her father James Christofferson (Jim); her siblings, Jane Christofferson, John Christofferson and Bill Christofferson; and her brother-in-law Tim Nowak.

She is survived by: her husband Mike Price; her children, Zachary Spang (Katie) and Micheala Lawver (Casey); her grandchildren, Aria and Kiara Spang; her children, Caiden, Isabella and Ember Lawver; her sisters, Dian Epp (Robert) and Mary Nowak; her nieces and nephews, Ryan, Elise, Eric, Jenna and Joe; and her friends, Marge, Sue, Lisa and Laura.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Amy's name.
