He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Pfaff and Grace Pfaff (Reichgelt); his daughter Julie Ann; and his niece Paulette (Powell). He is survived by: his wife Ann Van Dunk; his children, Thomas A. (Sara Frank) and Sarah A. (Tim Cavadini); his grandchildren, Brittany (Ben Rodenberg), Jamie Pfaff, Kohl Clements (Katie Murphy), Macie Pfaff, MaKayla Clements, Collin Pfaff and Kallie Cavadini; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Audrey Rodenberg, Vivian Pfaff and Isabella Clements; and his siblings, Bill (Marilyn), Kenneth (Harriet) and Nancy (John Bradley). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
