With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Dale Bradshaw of Melrose, Wisconsin, born in Bruce, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 3, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bradshaw and Addie Bradshaw (Osborn); his former wife Karen Bradshaw; his daughters, Donna Bradshaw and Lori Vinson; his grandson Thomas Arthur Devine; and his brothers, Rex, Peter, Jack and Richard Bradshaw.
He is survived by: his wife Delores "Dee" Richter (Hayes); his children, David Bradshaw (Chris), Letitia Devine (Dave), Tia Friemel and Stephanie Galica (Jay); his son-in-law Craig Vinson; his grandchildren, Madeline (Sydney Bradshaw), Matt Devine, Miranda (Jacob Friemel), Simon (Nichole), Matthew (Ashley), Jacob (Gabe Galica), Amy (Michael Ihrer) and Erin Fondren (Cayden); his great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Trevor Ihrer, Sophia, Rhapsody, Talia, Aleigha, Mason Galica, Jeremiah and Kaine Fondren; and also, Lori and Stephanie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations can be made in lieu of flowers to Gundersen Medical Foundation-Hospice Fund.
