He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin C. Krause and Rosemarie E. Krause (Bonitz). He is survived by: his wife Jeannie of Highbridge; his children, Jeff Krause (Jill) of Highbridge and Jill Ludwig (Ed) of Greenville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Alexa, Austin, Dillon and Brendan; and his sister Cindy (Robert SanMiguel) of Salem. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the Mountain Funeral Home (220 Hillcrest Dr, Mellen, WI 54546). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (101 Thomas St, Mellen, WI 54546). A burial will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Saint Johns Cemetery (39768 WI-169, Mellen, WI 54546).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Northern Aged Iron of Highbridge, WI.
