She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Conhartoski and Theresa Conhartoski (DeMario); her husband Thomas; her siblings, Mary Ann Rye and Roman "Muzzy" Conhartoski; and her son-in-law Michael Gagan.
She is survived by: her children, Troy Zwetow (Julie Kodl), Amy Hess (Dan), Theresa Poppe (Ron) and Ashley Mitchell; her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Ivy, Marshall, Walker, Romi, Lucy, Vanessa, Lillian, Harper, Nathaniel, Adele and Remi; her brother-in-law Albert Rye; and her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Young.
