He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Forecki and Elaine Nordby (Heinze); and his grandson Aidyn Michael Pine. He is survived by: his wife Jody Anderson; his children, Crystal Nordby (Jeff), Cody Nordby (Shania), Courtney Novak (Dustin) and Colton Nordby; his grandchildren, Ava, Bailey, Hendrix, Marissa, Kaylee and Piper; and his siblings, Karrie Sauer (John), Brett Nordby (Marina), Ryan Nordby, Chris Forecki and Hollyn Forecki. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
