He was predeceased by: his parents, Jon Makolondra and Stella Makolondra (Steinmarch); his wife Delores; his son Bernie; and his siblings, Ray, Ted and Flo.
He is survived by: his children, John (Tess) of Naples, FL, Gary of Hurley, WI, Judith Salija (Sal) of Texas and Katie Makolondra (Kate) of Washburn, WI; his grandchildren, Cortney, Agim, Bia, Bekim, Sophie, Joe and Lucy; and his great grandchildren, Olivia and Stefan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
