He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jean Juszczyk; his mother-in-law Bonnie Watson; his children, Tommy Juszczyk (Jessica Perry), Mikey Juszczyk (Lindsay Oestreich) and Jill Voelker (Jason); his grandchildren, Lauren Voelker, Jack Voelker and Hayden Juszczyk; and his friends, Debbie Weirauch (Buth), Chris, Trent and Brianna Buth.
