He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy II and Nellie Simmons (Briggs); his sister Gay Simmons; and his parents-in-law, Duane and Olivia Larsen.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Simmons (Larsen); his children, Roy Simmons IV (Megan) and Jenelle Powers (Jordan); his grandchildren, Lily, Roy V Simmons, Carson, Hudson, Henry and Grant Powers; his brother Pat Simmons; and his sister-in-law Emily Larsen.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Gunderson East Funeral & Cremation Care (5203 Monona Dr, Monona, WI 53716).
