With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Moeser of McFarland, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 24, 2020 at the age of 67. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia Moeser to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Sweeney and Delores Sweeney. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her daughters, Amanda Moeser of Bath and Amy Baker (Andrew) of Fitchburg; and her brothers, Dennis Sweeney (Randolph) and Mike Sweeney (Portage). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the many medical professionals and caretakers who provided care and support for her over the last couple of months and remained committed to their work despite the risks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
