She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Grubofski and Mary Grubofski (Kreitlow); her husband Donald Sladek; her daughter Dawn; her grandson Keith; her siblings, Bertha Drackley, Clarence and Wallace Grubofski; and her brothers-in-law, Leo Flewellen, Dexter Brue, Richard Drackley and Frederick Grap.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald Sladek (Renee) of Marshfield and Dan Sladek (Kathy) of McFarland; her grandchildren, Wendy Silcox (Ryan), Jamie Campbell (Tom), Rebecca Sladek, Lauren Cheramy (Kyle) and Colin Sladek (Marissa Bekken); her great grandchildren, Jayson Dahlby, Chloe Knox, Tyler Baldauf, Bailee Wettstein, Preston and Everly Cheramy; her siblings, Carl Grubofski of Belvidere, IL, Fred Grubofski of Pittsville, Richard Grubofski of Marshfield, Otto Grubofski (Mary) of Wisconsin Rapids, Larry Grubofski of Wisconsin Rapids, John Grubofski of Marshfield, Ida Flewellen of Marshfield and Laura Brue of Loyal; and her sister-in-law Mildred Grap of Neillsville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
