He is survived by: his wife Judith Kaupanger; his children, Holly Kanvik (Nancy Garcia) and Erik Kanvik (Michelle); his grandchildren, Anthony, Sierra, Ava and Lily Kanvik; and his siblings, John Kanvik (Beverly), Sandy Grant (Ken), Trudy Stroede (Ralph) and Marta Teletzke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
