He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin McCoy and Gracie McCoy; his wife Sara; his daughter Kelly Gibson (Michael); his grandchildren, Lorelei and Killian of Verona; his friends, Stan and Stella; and his siblings, Philip McCoy (Sue) of Rhinelander, Jeannie Ryan (Cary), Janet Clark (Rick) of Greentown, Leslie Brown (Daniel) of Cibolo and Carol McCoy of Paulson. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Gary's life will be held on August 10, 2019 at THE EAST SIDE CLUB, 3735 Monona Dr. Madison, Wisconsin starting at 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM Memorials may be made to the E.D. Locke Public Library in McFarland.
