He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto and Blanche Breitenbach Sr. (Clapp); his former wife Evelyn Breitenbach (Curtis); his children, Mark Breitenbach and Karen Breitenbach Casey; his foster child Verdell Hollow Horn Bear; and his siblings, Mary Jane Breitenbach, Warren Breitenbach, Otto Breitenbach Jr. A, Janet Comstock and Scott Breitenbach.
He is survived by: his wife Evie; his children, Lynne Larson (David), Kathryn Schmidt, Kurt Breitenbach (Laura), Janet Comstock (Eric) and Scott Breitenbach (Ann); and his son-in-law John Casey. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
