She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Decker and Elsie Decker (Katcinska); her former husband Glenn S. Stevens; her husband Arnold Janecek; her son Scott Stevens; her sister Diana Decker; her grandson Wayne Stevens, Jr.; and her stepdaughter Denise Luther.
She is survived by: her children, Stuart Stevens (Inez), Wayne Stevens (Jill) and Joan Stevens; her stepson David Janecek (Joanna); her brother Joseph W. Decker (Marjorie); her close friends, Donna Beardsley and Sandra Willoughby; and her pets, Goofy and Stubby. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
