He is survived by: his parents, Duane Hoffman and Linda Hoffman (Mason); his wife Gerri Simpkins; his sons, Andrew Hoffman (Laura) and Michael Hoffman (Abigail); his grandchildren, Adalynn, Anna and Nathan; his siblings, Brad (Nancy Frohna) and Wendy Moris (Gerald); his grandmother Leta; his brother-in-law Craig Simpkins (Kim); his parents-in-law, Pam and Moke Simpkins; and his nieces and nephews, Sydney, Lela, Sofia, Mason, Justin and Kodi.
