He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Kalsow and Anna Kalsow (Austin); and his wife April Wallestad. He is survived by: his children, Marie Kennedy (Wesley) and Josh Kalsow (Lidia); his grandchildren, Cayden, Amier, April Joy, William, Bryn, Wynston and Edyn; and his siblings, Fred Kalsow (Shirley), Joyce Weitzman (Ralph), Mary Welch, Susan Lowery (George), Robert Kalsow (Alice) and Dan Kalsow (Julie).

Per Thomas's request, please no flowers or plants.
