He is survived by: his parents, Carrie Persinger and Erik Bloohm; his wife Kayla Bloohm; his son Ozzy Bloohm; his stepparents, Wendy Huddleston and Lyndel Zimmerman; his brothers, Brett Hardegen (Jenna Schweighardt) and Elliot Bloohm; his parents-in-law, Shane Kempfer (Alyssa) and Katie Liaromatis (Keith); his siblings-in-law, Jordan Kempfer (Lena), Austina Reed (Tyler) and Avery Kempfer; his nieces, Essidy Kempfer, Aubriella Reed and Magnolia Reed; and his close friends, Bill, Amy, Drew Hartwig and Andrew Zimmerman. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to support Ozzy and his future education.
