He is survived by : his parents, Carrie Persinger and Erik Bloohm; his wife Kayla Bloohm; his son Ozzy Bloohm; his stepparents, Wendy Huddleston and Lyndel Zimmerman; his brothers, Brett Hardegen (Jenna Schweighardt) and Elliot Bloohm; his parents-in-law, Shane Kempfer (Alyssa) and Katie Liaromatis (Keith); his siblings-in-law, Jordan Kempfer (Lena), Austina Reed (Tyler) and Avery Kempfer; his nieces, Essidy Kempfer, Aubriella Reed and Magnolia Reed; and his close friends, Bill, Amy, Drew Hartwig and Andrew Zimmerman. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
