He is survived by: his wife Betty 'Betsy' Kugler; his sons, Jason Neitzel (Cheri) of Lomira, Michael (Sue) and Scott Neitzel (Tina) of Malone; his stepson Keith Kugler (Veronica) of Jacksonville, FL.; his sisters, Dorothy Kleemann of Watertown and Darlene Neitzel of Mayville; and his grandchildren, Logan, Abby, Steven, Nicole and Kevin.
